Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.Construction Planning: Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop construction plans, schedules, and methodologies that optimize resource utilization and minimize construction risks.Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures to ensure that construction activities meet the required quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.Construction Oversight: Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address any challenges that may arise during the construction phase.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Promote and enforce HSE policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for construction personnel and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.Cost Management: Work closely with project controls and cost management teams to monitor construction costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate cost overruns.Technical Documentation: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and as-built records.Client Interface: Serve as the primary technical interface with the client, providing regular updates on construction progress, addressing technical queries, and facilitating client inspections and audits.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
