Technical Service Senior Specialist

The Technical Service Senior Specialist is responsible for Application support in promoting Ingredion's Texture and Healthful solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead in creating products for Bakery, Snacks, Savoury, and Confectionery, while also supporting other segments as needed.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide application support both onsite and remotely to customer.
• Innovate new application recipes using Ingredion Texture and Healthful solutions, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
• Offer timely technical assistance to both internal and external customers, driving innovation.
• Address and resolve customer issues, providing necessary technical support.
• Work with the lab team to design and plan application studies.
• Effectively convey technical information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with external ingredient, lab equipment, flavor suppliers to support application prototyping for customer projects.
• Implement and ensure food safety measures in India Idea Lab

Qualified candidates will have:

• Degree in Food Science.
• 8+ year working experience in application group or innovation with minimum 3 years in Bakery and Snacks
• Possess working knowledge of Food Ingredients and Additive normally used in Bakery and Snack application. 
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach to finding solutions.
• Good presentation skills
• Good influencing skills
