For our Onshore Execution Digital Product Development team, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 10+ years who is committed to delivering high-quality products and services using Scaled Agile principles. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives.
As a Scaled Agile Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile teams in delivering products and services using Scaled Agile framework - SAFe ensuring teams follow Agile principles, facilitate Scrum events, and coach team members on Agile best practices. You will combine technical expertise with Agile coaching to enable teams to deliver high-quality products.

How to contribute to our vision


  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.


  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.


  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.


  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.


  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.


  • Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.


  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration


  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)


  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests


  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur


  • Help teams implement changes effectively


  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint


  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity


  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it


What You Need To Make a Difference


A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software development and architecture.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


  • Design, implement, and manage cloud-based data infrastructure and platforms, focusing on scalability, performance, and security (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure) and build/maintain high-performance ETL pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses to support analytics and reporting needs.


  • Integrate data from diverse sources (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured) to create unified, high-quality data platforms.


  • Collaborate with architects, data scientists, analysts, and business teams to design and implement data models and analytical solutions in the cloud.


  • Automate data workflows, ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies for critical data services.


  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable, distributed systems.


  • Strong understanding of SAFe principles and Agile frameworks.


  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar SAFe certifications.


  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.


  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation frameworks.


  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.


  • Expertise in designing, building, and optimizing data systems and pipelines in the cloud.


  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like C#, Python, Scala, or SQL for data processing and automation.


  • Deep experience with cloud data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).


  • Experience with cloud-native ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory.


  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based storage solutions (e.g., Azure Blob Storage)


  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).


  • Expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and data pipeline automation.


  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
