SLB Capturi is a leading carbon capture technology company. 


We serve a range of carbon-emitting industries including cement, blue hydrogen, bio/waste-to-energy, and gas-to-power among others. Through our portfolio of projects, we are mitigating the environmental cost of industrial activity for a cleaner, more sustainable future. We see a daily growth in our market potential as a rising number of customers look to carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) and our company to solve their emissions challenges. 


SLB Capturi is one of the leading companies globally that has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain. We have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials. 


You have: 


  • Engineering background in process or chemical engineering, preferably with sales and/or proposal experience 
  • A desire to make a difference and take part in shaping a new sustainable industry   
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English 
  • Excellent technical writing skills 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately  
  • Experience with managing feasibility studies  
  • Experience in the use of sales support or CRM systems such as MS Dynamics and Xait will be a plus 
  • Relevant industry experience is an advantage    
  • Minimum 3 years work experience 

The Role: 


As a Technical Sales Engineer in SLB Capturi, you will: 


  • Engage with customers in commercial and technical dialogue   
  • Screen, prequalify and manage potential sales opportunities, and assist in the early-phase decision-making process  
  • Responsible for early-phase commercial documents and proposals (RFI, RFP and RFQs) and initial technical assessments   
  • Assist with support for sales, tenders and other offering services  
  • Be responsible for updating and supporting the use of sales systems  
  • Act as SLB Capturi’s front line towards external parties  
  • Be able to understand post-combustion carbon capture technology, and enable early-phase technical dialogue with customers
