Directs the delivery of multiple technology and infrastructure projects across portfolio.
Contributes to strategy development, develops plans and oversees the delivery and manages large/complex projects and/or multiple projects across business units.
You’ll be responsible for:
Executes the delivery of technology and infrastructure projects in line with expectations for quality, scope, budgets and plans.
Directs and shapes unstructured technology or infrastructure changes into clear projects of work.
Partners, builds and maintains positive relationships with key stakeholders across business and digital teams.
Proactively manages and identifies project issues, risks and dependencies; proactively identifying and implementing options and solutions.
Provides leadership and direction through teams to deliver key outcomes, contributing to the strategic development of digital solutions.
Mobilises, manages and develops project teams, including both internal and external resources.
Manages and oversees the communication of project status with senior stakeholders.
Challenges business and digital stakeholders such that the best possible solution is delivered for Mace whilst balancing this against agreed plans and budgets.
Delivers continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned, driving transformational change.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in civil, MBA or PG in construction planning/management or project management.
Experience of projects of a similar nature.
