The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving product innovation. This role will involve managing the product lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Program Management:Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Communicate product status, risks, and issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure the product meets their needs and expectations.Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve product development and project management processes.Implement best practices and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product ownership and/or program management roles.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex products.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.Skills:Excellent project management skills, with experience in ERP transformation programs.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile environments.Strong functional and technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.Understanding of one or more processes such as Order to Cash (OTC), Source to Pay (S2P), Record to Report (RTR), Payroll, and Master Data Management (MDM).Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Servicenow etc.).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a tech-savvy environment, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar are a plus.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
