Key job responsibilities
Understand the business context and impact of proposed security process improvements.
- Demonstrate hands on expertise in project management and agile best practices across large and complex engagements.
- Collaborate with internal organizations’ business leaders, development teams, and digital commerce engineering teams to to seek to understand our customers’ needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in developing and delivering customer outcomes.
- Manages engagement goals and leads teams to achieve customers’ business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking to create and execute a plan to achieve project goals tied to customer business outcomes.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts and achieve results through others who are not direct reports.
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
