What you will do
As the Facilities coordinator you will coordinate the facilities across India region (South Asia) to ensure effective management of the facilities including, environmental & sustainability, repairs & maintenance.
How you will do it
Close collaboration with Sales and Business Development Managers and the other functional teams will be required.
Coordinate and prioritize technical support site visit in South Asia Region, as directed by Regional Technical Service manager.
Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions on products, system design and installation, commissioning, maintenance, fault-finding, software, codes and standards for internal and external audience. Keep track of training needs and localization training material whenever is required.
Answering questions (mail, SharePoint and phone) regarding is and application of products, systems and relevant regulations to meet KPI requirement.
Support customers in correct use of available design criteria, tools and software.
Assist sales in generating incremental products sales by providing cost effective and material take-offs.

Deliver Product trainings
Relationships:
External – Customers (new and existing), building relationships and supporting JCI Detection products
Internal – Working in a Team environment within the India region Detection, and support the Sales team
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in electrical / electronic engineering or at least 10 years in Fire industry / programming Detection Systems, either from products and solutions system integration business experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of Fire Detection Products and/or low voltage applications.
Strong presentation skill
Travel to assist customer technical support on site.
PC literacy with IT professional level knowledge of both current and legacy hardware and software.
Customer focus, opportunity and solution minded
Certified training on large scale Fire detection, enterprise security platforms and know how of industry standards like NFPA, will an added advantage.
