Technical Product Support Specialist – Fire Suppression Products, Water Mechanical & Special Hazards - (Contract role)

What you will do

Primary responsibility for this role is to provide the Technical Support & Commissioning support to distributors & clients on water mechanical and special hazards fire products like RED-E cabinet, Pre-action system, Nitrogen generator, Water mist system, Sprinklers, Grooved fittings and Valves, Gaseous systems, Foam systems etc.

Supporting distributors & client on system commissioning of RED-E cabinet, Pre-action system, Nitrogen generator system, Water mist system and Gaseous systems at project site.

Preparing the basic design with BOM for Pre-action system, Nitrogen generator system and Water mist system to support distributors and clients, prepare design, BOM and calculation reports for Special hazards systems.

How you will do it

Having excellent opportunity for a highly motivated fire protection engineer to technically understand the water mechanical products.

Deliver technical support, design support, site support and training on water mechanical products to distributors and clients.

Interact with distributors and client to provide technical support, propose the suitable fire suppression system for their project requirement.

Focus on continuous improvement on customer satisfaction both internal & external customer.

What we look for

Required

• The candidate should be very enthusiastic, self-motivated and fast learner.
• The most desirable candidate would be a design / project engineer on fire protection system, should have knowledge in water mechanical products.  
• Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience in Fire Protection system / Freshers also can apply.
• Qualification required: Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred

• Experience in Fire protection system.
• Strong and Self-motivated.
