You will play a pivotal role in building a strategic multi-year technology platform for vehicle forecasting, collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and analysts to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with time, scope, and resources.
  • Collaborating with product owners, business analysts, software engineers, data quality engineers, data science engineers, and architects to deliver high-quality data applications.
  • Overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Acting as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking project/team progress, and unblocking team members.
  • Managing changes and change requests (to Scope, Time and Budget).
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging skill enhancement and process optimization.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Manager or similar role in an Agile environment, plus relevant experience with delivering new products with User Interface and complex backend proceses.
  • Proven experience managing User Interface applications development is a must have; general knowledge of UI frameworks such as Angular and React is a plus.
  • Proven experience with cloud native implementations is a must have; general understanding of storage and compute including databases, AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate, AWS API Gateway, and AWS Step Functions is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus.
  • Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
