We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer Lead with 9+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable and secure applications.
✅ Develop, test, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
✅ Design and implement responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
✅ Develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems
✅ Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols
✅ Optimize application performance for scalability and efficiency
✅ Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack
✅ Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices
✅ Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to build innovative solutions
✅ Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them to enhance application development
✅ Document application architecture, code, and processes for maintainability
✔ 9+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
✔ 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development
✔ Strong proficiency in React.js for building modular and scalable applications
✔ Experience with Node.js & Express.js for backend development (4+ years)
✔ Working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases (4+ years)
✔ Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery for front-end development (5+ years)
✔ Experience in RESTful APIs & web services (3+ years)
✔ Proficiency in Git and version control systems (5+ years)
✔ Experience with unit testing using Jest & React Testing Library (3+ years)
➕ Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and microservices deployment
➕ Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
➕ Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes for containerization
➕ Exposure to identity management frameworks like OAuth2, OpenID Connect
