Job Title: Technical Head (Elevator Systems)

Position Overview:
The Technical Head is responsible for leading all technical operations related to elevator systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in elevator technologies, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, maintenance, repairs, and modernization of elevators.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Manage vendor coordination and procurement of necessary equipment.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and data analysis to improve performance.
• Prepare and manage the annual technical budget.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in elevator systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of safety codes and regulations.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
