Manage and oversee the work of Technical Development Representative/Inside Sales team for inbound lead engagement and opportunity pipeline


· Own lead and opportunity target along with team to help team achieve individual and over all team target


· Manage a daily, weekly, monthly matrix to measure and monitor lead engagement performance and ensure overachieve KPIs for self and team


· Coach, train, evaluate and monitor Technical Development Representative team for engaging conversations and demonstrations


· Perform sales analysis for the region, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements


· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual opportunity pipeline and sales forecasts


· Generate sales pitch and ideas about pitching new features in the product


· Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement


· Work closely with the Marketing team for different inbound and outbound campaigns for account hunting


· Knowledge of tools like Salesloft, Salesforce, HVS, Marketo,


Qualification:


· Bachelors/Masters and MBA preferred.


· Strong customer handling skills


· 5 + Years of experience in Customer Support, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Client Coordination experience is necessary.


· Experience in Appointment Setting and Contact Discovery is an added advantage


· Experience in similar roles for a Cloud service provider


· Exceptional written and oral communication skills


· Basic knowledge of network, TCP/ IP, SSL, Security services, Cloud services is preferred


· Ability to understand network and security infrastructure elements on advising how best to use Qualys products on cloud platforms is an added advantage


· Ability to work rotational hours supporting customers in the US Time zone


· Sound tech-savvy, business acumen and the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition


· Strong people skills - intuitive, empathetic, influential, persuasive
