The purpose of this position is to delivery all customer projects adapting technology from platform core to customer applications for a given Customer Account
Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics)
Experience: 5 to 7 years experience in System Development (any one sub-system for Powertrain) - for handling 1 engine family/1 customer account.
* 7 to 10 years experience in System Development ( any one sub system for powertrain) - for
handling >1 customer account with multiple engines projects
Technology: Adapt platform solution into customer projects. Conduct gap analysis and suggest solutions in consultation with platform team for given Customer Engine family (>5 projects); Coordinate with Systems Customer Engineers for Project workpackage completion.
Project Management: Ensure all projects/programs are delivered within
scope/timeline/quality/cost
Quality Management: Documentatpion for Project reviews, Participate in Quality
gates, finalise System Release documentation, Release of System relevant documents
People Management: Support SECs in handling customer project deliveries (for
given engine family to entire Customer account
Risk Management: Preparation for B panel meetings,Risk Assessment to Resolution of risks for single or multiple Customer Account
