Handling of ASRS project Installation and Operations, Troubleshooting and maintenance of ASRS system and Handling of store in and store out process in ASRS system.
To perform Dispensing activity as per manufacturing plan and to perform cleaning of the warehouse area and ASRS, warehouse management system
Receipt, Verification and storage of RM/PM, Miscellaneous material and support to prepare GRN / Reconciliation of material and Stock statement and FG handling as per procedure.
Responsible for Generating daily Receipt report in SAP/ERP.
Actively participate in qualification/Re-qualification, Temperature Mapping, preventive maintenance and calibration schedule of area and equipment.
To perform the balance verification / Calibration as per schedule and ensure external calibration of standard weights.
Monitoring Environment Status (RH, DP and Temperature) of storage locations.
Exposure of regulatory audit mainly USFDA, EU GMP etc.
Knowledge of Software: QMS (Track wise), LMS, DMS, SAP/ERP.
Knowledge in regulatory Health Authority inspections, safety requirements and cost controlling
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / ITI, B.com/B.Sc.
