Responsible for Operation and Maintenance activities related to Electrical, ELV.
Responsible for Preparation & Review of SOP’s, Calibration reports, Qualification Protocols.
Responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance of process equipment’s.
Responsible for verifying the log books of the equipment related to Electrical, ELV & process equipment
Responsible for preparation of Monthly consumption reports of Electricity, Water and Fuel etc.
Responsible for calibration of instrument/gauges on site.
Responsible for Implementing Electrical safety practices on site i.e. LOTO and Work Permit.
Responsible for Performing FAT and SAT of all Electrical & ELV system.
Responsible for Performing FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ of Process Equipment.
Responsible for installation, Testing and commissioning of all Electrical Equipment and support project team during commissioning activities.
Responsible for initiating and closure of engineering change control as per applicable standard operating procedure originating from FLPL.
Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Process Equipment’s at FLPL Site and ensure that the best engineering and cGMP practices are followed and maintained.
