Technical Architect - Automation / AI

Job Description:As a RPA Technical Architect, the candidate should have an overall minimum of 12 to 15 years of work experience with 6+ years of working experience in RPA & .NET by automating desktop & web applications, Mainframe systems using UiPath. The candidate should have complete UiPath Architectural knowledge with AWS cloud servers, storage, and firewalls for port connectivity is a must. Candidate should have strong conceptual and analytical skills to analyze any technical challenges in UiPath platform and provide the solution. The candidate should be knowledgeable in designing a complex business solution in Robotic Process Automation with feasibility of Artificial Intelligence implementation. Candidate will be required to work extensively with multiple stake holders for the automation projects using UiPath Platforms and standardizing RPA development framework principles and guidelines. Knowledge of SOA architecture and SQL databases is desirable.
This candidate should have vision of addressing all the current and future business needs by providing support on scalable RPA solutions with latest technology progression like Gen AI.Qualifications:

1.    Should have hands on experience on UiPath is a must and familiar with other RPA and AI tools is preferable
2.    Should enable the RPA delivery team to deliver quality UiPath robots with design solution offerings which are more robust to the business needs
3.    Should be able to Interpret and translate business stake holder requirements into a technology solution
4.    Responsible to drive RPA delivery team to agree and follow the industry best practices, best coding & naming standards, timely code reviews and workflow auditing to ensure the delivery team follows it properly
5.    Should be able to collaborate with Business Analyst on feasibility study and ensure the automation possibilities.
6.    Should be responsible to work with stakeholders to identify the root-cause & figure out solution / approaches methodologies and approaches to address organizational process challenges
7.    Should be able to identify and come up with the generic workflows which can be used by the delivery team
8.    Should be responsible to explore and understand the UiPath new features, RPA design concepts and organize technical session to the delivery team for better results 
9.    Should be able to mentor, provide trainings and guide juniors in the team
10.    Should cultivate professional relationships with key organizational leaders, based on trust and respect and act as a change champion.
11.    Responsible for establishing, refining and enforcing technology governance framework, processes and reporting at portfolio level for projects.
