We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Sr. Associate Director, Tech SME

In this role, you will:

• Lead the strategic direction and management of the testing function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT strategies.
• Oversee multiple testing teams, ensuring that testing phases for projects are executed to the highest standards.
• Individual contribution on setting test best practices at service line level and at department level.
• Able to participate in HTI level forums representing Quality Engineering.
• Champion the adoption of advanced testing methodologies and automation, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Engage with global testing teams to share best practices and integrate advanced testing approaches across the organization.
• Manage relationships with vendors, conducting thorough testing to identify product weaknesses and collaborating on comprehensive improvement plans.
• Provide senior-level negotiation and conflict resolution within the project management framework, ensuring risks are managed to acceptable levels.
• Exhibit exceptional risk management skills, independently balancing risk and effectiveness with strategic oversight.
• Mentor and develop testing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
• Represent testing at SteerCo meetings, escalate risks immediately.
• Able to drive Quality Engineering agenda at department level.
• Drive automation strategy for their service line and execute automation as part of regular BAU
