The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for turning the business strategy for our Finance and Actuarial functions into an actionable talent strategy and proactive recruiting plan to address critical talent gaps, helping the organisation assess and select talent for both today's and tomorrow’s business needs and ultimately creating a dynamic advantage in the business and talent marketplace. What will your essential responsibilities include?
·Understand the business and talent strategy, consult with business and HR professionals on talent gaps and create and execute an effective and efficient sourcing strategy that delivers the best, most diverse talent to AXA XL.
·Network with industry professionals, with a specific emphasis on developing relationships with top-tier, diverse talent.
·Create and execute the end-to-end recruiting process and sourcing strategy that results in better hires, faster, from needs identification to new hire’s first day. This includes creating and executing the research and effective and efficient sourcing strategy, candidate development, referrals, stakeholder management, offer creation and negotiation.
·Create a diversity sourcing strategy for the Tech hiring including building effective external partnerships with diverse associations.
·Provide global sourcing support across business groups, functions, and geographies. Partner with recruiters and other HR professionals to develop robust sourcing strategies and build talent pools for critical roles.
·Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.
·Provide written candidate profiles and search status reports and provide counsel regarding the interview process as well as the assessment and evaluation of candidates.
·Partner with other HR partners, as appropriate, to ensure that AXA XL can attract the necessary talent for today and tomorrow. This includes Total Rewards, relocation, Employment Law, and Talent Management.
·Select and manage external search firm vendors, as needed. This includes identifying the “best” vendor, and fee agreements and managing the firm throughout the entire recruiting process.
·Provide substantive and competency-based feedback to all unsuccessful candidates.
·Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
·Positively represent and differentiate the AXA XL employment brand in the talent marketplace.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
·Bachelor’s degree required.
·Experience recruiting for global companies and putting together comprehensive recruiting strategies to address diverse talent needs.
·Experience in global technology recruiting, demonstrates the ability to create sourcing and recruiting strategies that bring in multiple hires quickly.
·Preferred experience in tech hiring.
·Relevant years of recent recruiting experience in either a search firm, agency, or corporation. Experience in both a corporate environment and a search firm is preferred.
·Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on total compensation packages (base, bonus).
