Job Description
Role Summary: The role is responsible for developing production plans, monitoring production status, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves assisting in risk assessment, conducting daily meetings, maintaining SAP data, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop production plans, according to production specifications to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Plan workflow and schedules for production departments and monitor production status to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities in terms of planning.
- Identify delays and adjust schedules to meet deadlines as necessary.
- Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
- Create sales orders for Domestic and IC customers in SAP and share them with the respective team.
- Create production orders for the molding and printing department in SAP.
- Maintain local Master data of SAP and create new material in SAP.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed and foster and maintain a positive work environment.
- Notify customers on any delays and outages.
- Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to cover production demand.
- Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to Line Manger promptly.
- Customer creation in SAP with verify GST, DPSS and required documents.
- Creating new material in SAP with the help of Master data team.
- Maintain Bill of material, Work center and routing in SAP and its updation whenever required.
- Coordinate with logistic team for dispatch planning.
- Plan the material requirement on the basics of budget volume and send request to Purchase department.
- Fallow-up with Global team and local finance team for update the sales price of products.
- ISO Documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) / Diploma
- Proficiency in SAP
- 4-5 years of experience (Btech) 5-7years (Diploma) in Planning & Supply Chain.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
