Job DescriptionTech maintenanceExp- Diploma 5+ yrs and if B.tech- 2to 3 years.Maintain all the equipment and machinery that is in the manufacturing unit of the companyMake regular checks for the maintenance of the machines and repair the part that need to be replacedUndertake electrical safety testing of all equipment throughout the factor premisesIdentify and repair any faulty routine electrical equipmentDevelopment of existing machinery to improve efficiency and / or make recommendations of new equipment which may improve efficiencyKeep maintenance reports and make records for all the repair works thy conduct on the machineryMaintain inventory for the tools and place orders for new ones when they are requiredDevelop maintenance procedures and ensure implementationCarry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issuesCheck electrical, pneumatic and chiller systems of buildings to ensure functionalityPlan and oversee all repair and installation activitiesMonitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessaryMonitor expenses and control the budget for maintenanceManage relationships with contractors and service providersKeep maintenance logs and report on daily activitiesEnsure health and safety policies are complied with legal issuesCalculate MTBF and MTTR and take action to reduce themTo support in ERP implementation, KPI dashboardTo support in the project management.To support in Omron implementation and remediation.Basic knowledge of SAP and MES system.EducationBE/diploma Mechanical /Automobile Engineering preferred.Our Animal Health Division is a trusted global leader in veterinary medicine, dedicated to preserving and improving health, well-being, and performance of animals and the people who care for them.
