Tech Lead needed in a Financial Institution in Delhi (South Delhi)
Immediate Joining.
Key Responsibilities:Technology Leadership:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of
technical solutions using the latest tools and technologies.Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to
best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
Evaluate and implement new tools,
technologies, and methodologies to enhance development processes.
Team Management:
Mentor and guide a team of developers and
engineers to achieve project goals.Foster a collaborative and high-performance
engineering culture.Ensure timely delivery of technical projects
while managing resources effectively.
System Architecture & Scalability:
Design and maintain robust system architecture
to meet scalability, reliability, and performance goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
integrate technology into business processes seamlessly.Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with product, business, and
operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical
specifications.Present technical solutions and progress
updates to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Professional Experience:
5+ years of experience in software
development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of delivering complex
technical projects on time.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in programming languages such as
Python, Javascript.Proficiency in frameworks such as Next.js, Node.js, Flask, and FastAPI for building scalable and efficient applications.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS,
Google Cloud).Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD
pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Hands-on experience with database systems (SQL
and NoSQL).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and team collaboration
abilities.
Ability to balance technical innovation with business
needs.
