Job Description:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud data services and architecture.
- Lead cloud application development projects from conceptualization to deployment.
- Optimize data flow and collection for cross-functional teams.
- Innovate and implement new cloud technologies and methodologies.
- Review and evaluate systems and software for potential improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and requirements.
- Ensure consistent best practices, quality, and security in development.
- Drive data strategy and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
- Rigorously monitor, test, and assess system performance and provide reports.
- A solid foundation in computer science, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in technology roles.
- Extensive experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies across Windows and Linux, with a strong background in software development.
- High proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Proven experience in cloud migrations and cloud native development.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD, automation, and orchestration.
- Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high EQ to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience in big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data warehousing solutions.
- Prior role in a technical leadership or advisory capacity.
- Contributions to tech communities, publications, or open-source projects.
