How will you make an impact in this role?


Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.


  • This position is for India Credit Specialty
  • Actioning accounts which need to analyze Financial data and making Business Decision
  • Responsible to evaluate CM’s financial data to make a business decision
  • Responsible for actioning specialized tasks which includes Credit limit enhancement/restoration/reallocation, Global/Credit limit review, connecting with Card member (Outbound calling) & focusing on timely resolution
  • Collaborate with business owners and functional leaders to ensure that the SLAs are met on a strict timeline
  • To evaluate American Express Consumer account data to make a business decision as to the risk level of the account pertaining to charge detail, Service Establishment information, and payment detail.

Responsibilities:  


  • To have meaningful conversation with Card members concerning the Limit related Actioning on the card Account.
  • To action Back Office Cases
  • Report analysis results and Identify potential process improvement initiatives.
  • Strict adherence to compliance and relevant procedures applicable to the market.
  • Maintain the Database & Prepare Reports

Minimum Qualifications


  • Able to Multitask with Calls & case review
  • Thorough review of documents shared by the card member  

Past Experience:


  • Analytical bend of mind – can analyze financial statements, gauge CAS for transactions  

Technical Skills/Capabilities:


  • Thorough knowledge of CHC Procedures applicable to Market Serviced 
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • A rating of G3-L3 or higher from the last performance appraisal
  • No active level of counseling in the last 30 days

Preferred Qualifications


  • Preferred experience in Skip/Specialty/Past Due portfolio, Credit Function.
  • Knowledge of Platforms: CSP, CAS, Globestar, CLIC
