Basic Technical Knowledge
Sales experience mandatory
B2B experience mandatory.
Retention/Saves Experience would be an advantage.
Complaints Management would be an advantage.
Responsibilities: Manage a Team of 13-15 agents
Meet key metrics of NPS, FCR, Transfers
Meet Sales target in volume and conversion rate.
Retention of customers
Retain the agents with a retention of 96%.
Maintain shrinkage of absenteeism and in office shrinkage
Meet daily coaching requirements.
Educational qualifications: Graduate in any stream
