This role is for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will be responsible for overseeing a small core team of specialists and managing the daily workload to support business operations. Team Lead -TA will be involved in workload management and allocation, process adherence and quality assurance, people management (attract, develop, engage, and retain), problem resolution and quality oversight, and reporting and performance evaluation.
