We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Head Sales to lead and drive the sales team in the dental industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of sales leadership, team management, and business development. The role requires strategic planning, team motivation, and ensuring revenue targets are met.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and expand the client base.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, provide feedback, and ensure the team is aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the dental industry.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and standard operating procedures.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 8 to 10 years in dental sales.
  • Stability: Must have worked in at least one organization for more than 3 years.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in sales team management and business growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics software.
