As a Tax Analyst, you will contribute towards our strategic vision, direction, and prioritization of our UK Tax product portfolio. You will play an important part in our tax product lifecycle, from initial planning to tactical execution. Your deep understanding of the UK direct tax domain and customer needs will enable you to effectively communicate priorities across the organisation and collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Customer and User Needs: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer and user needs, translating them into actionable product requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and other teams to ensure products meet strategic goals and deliver exceptional value.
Problem-Solving: Tackle complex and ambiguous challenges with a strategic mindset and innovative approach.
Strategic Execution: Balance tactical execution with long-term strategic planning to drive product success.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
About You
You're a fit for the role of UK Tax Analyst if your background includes:
Extensive experience in UK tax products and regulations (gained either in practice or within the software industry) - 3 to 7 years
Should have strong knowledge in preparing SA100/SA800
ATT CIOT qualified or equivalent.
Strong understanding of customer and user needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
