We are looking for a hard working, detail oriented , problem solver individual contributor who will help in the indirect tax compliance of the US entity, help us with preparation and filing to indirect tax returns.What You'll Do:Assist with preparing and filings US Sales & Use tax returns and VAT / GST returnsSupport other finance team members on US Sales & Use tax returns and VAT / GST returnsAssit with US Business licenses filingsAssist with transaction tax including business & occupation tax, gross receipts tax , CATAssit in responding and complying to Sales tax / Use tax / VAT/GST & other notices.Assist with Sales & Use tax audit / filing VDA and VAT/ GST noticesAssist with filing application for US state registrationsAssist with reviewing and posting tax accrual on a monthly basis and preparing account reconciliationSupport in coordinating with the tax accounting team to ensure efficient integration of the tax accounting and international tax compliance processes.Assist with other projects as necessaryWhat You'll Need :Masters in Tax or Accounting, B.Com, (CA, CPA preferred)1-3 years of relevant experienceAbility to work both collaboratively and independently.Knowledge and understanding of OneSource, Avalara & Net Suite is PreferableSelf-initiate research and is resourceful in their approach to resolve any issues irrespective of subject matter knowledgeProficient understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to create models, as needed, that reflect this depth of understandingAnalytical skills with good attention to detail, motivation and confidence to independently address issues.Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to co-ordinate & interact with internal and external stakeholdersLocation : Pune (Work From Office)Shift time : 5 PM to 2 AM IST#L1-SM1#L1-HM1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Remote-friendly and flexible work cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programsCompetitive vacation and holidays for rechargePaid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Resource Groups, geographic neighbourhood groups and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
