Responsibilities What You’ll Do Dive Deep into Talent Markets: Become an expert in key talent market dynamics. You'll analyze emerging skills, workforce demographics, competitive intelligence (talent movements, profiles hired, etc.), best practices in talent acquisition, and talent flow analytics to predict future trends. Forecast Talent Needs: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including predictive modeling, to understand talent market dynamics and forecast future talent needs. This includes forecasting talent availability, assessing the impact of economic trends, and contributing to location strategies analysis. Lead Benchmarking Initiatives: Conduct benchmarking studies to assess PepsiCo's talent acquisition programs and strategic roadmap against industry best practices and competitors, identifying areas for improvement. Partner with TA Strategy Leads: Collaborate with TA Strategy Leads on assigned projects, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Contribute to "Case for Change" Proposals: Develop compelling "case for change" proposals to support the adoption of new TA strategies and programs. Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed Talent Market Research Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on experience in talent intelligence, market research, or data analysis, with a proven track record of uncovering and interpreting workforce trends. You should possess a deep understanding of talent market dynamics, including emerging skills, workforce demographics, competitive intelligence, talent flow analytics, and best practices in talent acquisition. Data Analytics & Visualization Skills: You'll need to be proficient in Excel. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is crucial. You should be able to collect, clean, analyze, and synthesize large datasets and translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights. Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that drive hiring success is essential. You should be familiar with various research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and have the ability to design and execute research projects. Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience using talent intelligence platforms (e.g., Draup, LinkedIn Insights, Gartner Talent Neuron) to gather and analyze labor market data is a must. Business Acumen & Storytelling: You should be able to connect data insights to business strategy and develop clear, compelling presentations for executives. Excellent communication skills are key, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. Experience creating compelling presentations and reports that tell a story with data is essential. Collaboration & Influence: Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights to leadership teams.
