Talent Acquisition Specialist - Onsite

At SoHo Dragon, We are looking for passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who is good with connections and engage with people from various locations. The ideal candidate will have an experience working with a passive, competitive technical market and enjoy building out high-quality talent pipelines and delivering talent market insights back to the recruiting teams to help strategize the hiring needs.

Objectives of this role

• Working on various key processes such as Talent Management and Employee Relations to support resourcing .
• Sourcing profiles using Web Portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn , Internal databases, job postings, Referrals, etc.
• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
• Must be having experience in ATS, social media hiring, Passive hiring, Talent mapping, Networking, Referencing Headhunting.
• Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  Skills and Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of sourcing tech talent globally
• Experience in sourcing from multiple channels
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Technically Savvy.
