The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the organization’s recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role will focus on managing a high volume of recruitment, building strong employer brand, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and in charge of recruitment related projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the current job market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment initiatives.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
Focus on direct sourcing to build pipeline and attract diverse talent pools.
Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding:
Enhance the company’s employer brand through effective marketing and outreach initiatives.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
Team Management:
Mentor and guide team members to achieve hiring targets.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the talent acquisition team.
Requirements:
Start-up mindset/ MNC background, experiences in managing complex/matrix environment, stakeholder management and high-volume recruitment.
10+ years of end to end hands-on recruitment experiences in Bengaluru.
Independent, mature and with a good sense of ownership and collaborative mindset.
Strong communication with all levels internally and externally.
