In this role:
Deliver financial benefit to the business through timely & efficient recruitment process
Influencing the BU Resourcing Budget outcome by avoiding agency usage through direct candidate sourcing (referrals, talent pools)
Deliver recruitment for specialist and strategic capabilities in India
Drive influential relationships with senior business executives, stakeholders and advise on recruiting strategies for strategic capabilities
Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their Business and Talent needs with positive impact
Coach more junior members of the team on KC Ways of Working
Influence the Hiring managers in our Diversity agenda
Drive the focus on establishing correct sourcing strategies to ensure that we are creating talent pipelines, and identifying quality candidates to deliver quality recruitment services for the business
Ensure candidate and hiring manager experience is central to what we do and proactively monitored
Leverage data, metrics and external market insights to drive decisions and results with hiring managers and Business partners
Collaborate with the larger KC recruiting team to deliver key projects aligned to our strategic priorities
Ensure your team proactively builds and maintains talent pools for critical roles delivering an excellent candidate experience and promoting KC talent brand
Manage relationships with external resource/peer organizations and to identify and understand recruitment and market trends
Complete compliance with Workday Data Integrity

In one of our Talent Acquisition Partner roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Recruitment
Demonstrated capability in the Recruitment especially in Supply Chain business
Experience in two or more of our strategic organisational capabilities
Data
Customer Centricity
Innovation
Process Optimisation
Experience in the deployment of traditional and contemporary talent attraction strategies
Exemplary communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify issues and deploy appropriate remediation programs
Proven track record of developing and maintaining influential relationships across management and non-management levels
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
