Job Description :-
This position would report to the Head of Recruitments. You would be responsible for:
1. Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
2. Followup with internal stake holders.
3. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
4. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
5. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
6. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
7. Manage the overall hiring process.
8. Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
9. Identify key recruitment KPIs.
6. Prior experience in working with a Product/Startup org would be preferred.
