As the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Consulting Line of Business, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals to execute strategic talent acquisition plans. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive forward-thinking recruitment strategies, ensuring the supply chain of top-tier talent to meet the needs of our Consulting Line of Business focused on specialty areas of accounting and finance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals to execute our vision and strategy for the Consulting Line of Business and teams focused on hiring accounting and finance skillsets.  Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in meeting hiring needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies tailored to the Consulting Line of Business. Continually assess requisition prioritization and collaborate with counterparts to ensure alignment with firm and LOB strategies.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Foster strong collaboration and innovation within the talent acquisition team and across other LOBs. Share candidates, prospects, and best practices to optimize recruitment efforts and achieve shared goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a focus on operational excellence, continually reviewing recruiter metrics and other key data to determine progress and areas of opportunity. Collaborate with the TA Center of Excellence to review hiring results and inform TA strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including LOB leaders, market/regional leaders, and key leadership stakeholders. Provide regular updates and market intelligence to inform decision-making.
  • Industry Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on industry and workforce trends, translating insights into proactive recruiting strategies. Lead the search for strategic hiring needs and contribute to the firm's brand promotion in the external marketplace.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition experience in a professional services environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience with recruiting technologies and programs, with an understanding of the recruiting life cycle
  • Proven track record leading and developing high-performing teams of TA professionals
  • Working knowledge of the professional services industry
  • Experience working in a matrix environment in a global organization
  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
  • Agility and adaptability to navigate changing recruitment landscapes

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in driving forward-thinking TA strategies for lines of business or focus areas to include recruitment of accounting and finance professionals in a professional services environment
  • Demonstrated success in workforce planning and management
  • Experience working with Workday, Yello, LinkedIn Recruiter and a variety of recruitment sourcing tools and strategies
  • Previous involvement in project/change management and methodologies/tools
