THIS IS A 6 MONTHS CONTRACT
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will gain hands-on experience in implementing talent acquisition strategies across various business units and functions in India, Europe, and globally. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Community teams to attract, assess, and secure top talent, contributing to the success of Welocalize’s global Talent operations.
MAIN DUTIES
·Support with the full life-cycle recruitment process for all Welocalize Business Units and Functions in India and EMEA.
·Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager(s) in delivering best-in-class recruiting services and excellence in local and global talent initiatives.
·Maintain paramount focus on providing excellent customer service to candidates, internal clients (hiring managers), and, where necessary, external points of contact by securing quality talent for open positions.
·Support with developing recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
·Maximise social media channels as a source to develop a continued strong pipeline of talent for current and future positions
·Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with job requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
·In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring managers, conduct relevant job-need testing (linguistic, technical, etc)
·Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to manage the job offer process for successful candidates
·Organise the necessary pre-employment screening processes, up to and including language screenings, job-related entrance exams, reference checks, and background evaluations
·Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on candidates in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools
·Partner with relevant Business Units and HR teams on University recruiting/intern programs
·Ad hoc admins tasks (keeping trackers updated, collecting and analyzing data, creating reports, etc).

• Willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment, along with the capability to use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and deadlines
• Willingness to become an experienced Talent Acquisition partner in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.
