Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.


Purpose of the role :


Help OML discover exceptional talent and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives organizational success.


Key responsibilities:


  • Helping OML build teams by assisting with the end to end talent acquisition process.


  • Sourcing potential active and passive candidates through traditional job portals and newer mediums.


  • Effectively screening candidates and evaluating  based on telephonic interviews.


  • Coordinating and scheduling interview conversations.


  • Sharing feedback with the respective hiring managers and closing the loop with all candidates.


Skills:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization.


  • Good with basics of Excel, word and powerpoint.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
