On the Job
- Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for various positions in tech and non-tech teams by executing on sourcing strategies, building a talent pipeline, screening, and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication and negotiations, selecting candidates, & generating offers.
- Collaborate closely with different teams, hiring managers, and founders to perform demand and supply forecasting.
- Utilize market & industry knowledge to analyze metrics and optimize sourcing strategy.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Source and build a healthy talent pipeline to engage and nurture for future conversions.
- Track & monitor recruiting pipelines.
- Refine the interviewing & selection approaches to speed up closures and joining.
- Deliver a remarkable candidate experience with customized, warm, engaging, and meaningful touchpoints.
- Implementing recruitment plans to attract high-quality applicants.
- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline, identify creative sourcing techniques, and recruit in a variety of venues to build balanced and inclusive teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in hiring tech & non-tech talent is a must.
- Experience in recruiting for hiring high performing teams.
- Having a good understanding of IT/software skills and technologies.
- Excellent at articulating and communicating the employer brand.
- Naturally good at selling.
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment is a big plus.
- Existing network of top quality candidates across skills and experience would be a plus.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.
