Job Description:
· Candidate should be able to capture, elaborate, review, clarify and agree on the business requirements for each of the Sprints.
· Translate business requirements into Tacton CPQ design and write configuration logic for implementation.
· Experienced in all Tacton CPQ administration features including designing expressions, trampolines, data governance and workflows in Tacton CPQ as per customer requirements.
· Proficient in generating custom Docgen based quote templates.
· Proven experience in Tacton modelling using TC studio, Product modeling in administration.
· Worked on Tacton CPQ integrations to other IT systems such as CRM, ERP etc
· Monitoring the production servers of Tacton CPQ and address the status and threats.
· Mentor and support junior associates in the team by reviewing development activities and approve the same for releases in various environments.
· Monitor the Tacton Product release management (Early access) and perform impact analysis against the customer application.
· Experience/Knowledge of System Modeling is an added advantage.
· Manage the task deliverables with good quality and on time delivery.Experience:
· Having 6-8 Years of experience as a Tacton CPQ technical lead in the area software development
· Relevant projects that demonstrate candidate communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong work ethic that prove high quality deliverables in various aspects of Tacton CPQ.
· Ability to collaborate effectively across Customers, vendors, development team to ensure on time delivery and should have excellent escalation management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
· Flexible to work in customer time zone.
· Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
· Must be able to work in critical times and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceSkills:
· Administration of Tacton CPQ
· Tacton Modelling– TCStudio, Product Modeling in Administration and System Modeling
· Knowledge of System Integration in Tacton CPQ
· JavaScript, building applications using Java.
· Basic knowledge of PLM/CRM/ERP ecosystem involving platforms such as Microsoft CRM, Salesforce CRM, SAP etc.
· Certifications in Tacton CPQ will be an added advantage.
