Description and Requirements






Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, talent databases, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing and marketing strategies with hiring needs.Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.Qualifications:Proven experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment marketing, preferably in a contract or project-based role.Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search techniques).Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Strong understanding of employer branding and its role in attracting talent.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.Contract Details:Duration:  1 year with  potential extension]Work Mode: Hybrid 3 DaysWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience in innovative sourcing and employer branding projects.A chance to shape and influence the talent acquisition strategy of a growing organization.
