How you will do it
 

Objectives of this Role

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
• Source, Screening candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to business
• Consult with stakeholders on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
• Keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
• Diversity & Inclusion– be open to diverse talent and support changes to the profile to attract a diverse candidate pipeline

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Liaise with business/stakeholders to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
• Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with stakeholders on future hiring needs
• Prepare offer fitments and negotiate with candidate. Seek business and HR approvals
• Keeping a track of candidate till he/she joins

What we look for:

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream with 6+ years of proven work experience in non IT/Engineering recruitment 
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for non-IT roles
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in HR or similar 
• 6+ years non-IT/Engineering recruitment experience in a corporate role
• Exposure to Workday ATS
