Could you be the full-time T&C Manager in Kanpur, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the charge in ensuring the successful completion of test and commissioning activities for railway signaling systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering, Field Operation), manage T&C activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing T&C activities, checking compliance with signaling systems, and developing T&C procedures. You'll also be interfacing with engineering and V&V teams to optimize site tests and lead technical discussions with customers.

Managing and executing test and commissioning activities
Ensuring compliance with company policies and project targets
Developing and optimizing test procedures
Providing technical leadership and problem-solving expertise
Reporting progress and addressing issues effectively
Enhancing team competency and ensuring safety during all tests

Master/Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electronics or embedded systems
Experience or understanding of test and commissioning (T&C) or verification and validation (V&V) activities for signaling projects
Knowledge of signaling subsystems
Familiarity with interfacing across various project stakeholders
Effective communication and leadership skills
Flexibility and willingness to work in different locations and shifts
A driving license
