We provide support in Project Services and Transformation, Digital Solutions and Delivery Management.
We offer joint operations and digitalization services for Global Business Services and work closely alongside the entire Shared Services organization. We make optimal use of the possibilities of new technologies such as Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotics as enablers for efficient and effective implementations.
We are looking for Process Consultant
• Application Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for Mendix-based applications, ensuring optimal performance and minimal disruption.
• Incident Management: Effectively manage and resolve incidents, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions in alignment with SLA expectations.
• Service Request Fulfillment: Handle service requests, from intake to fulfillment, ensuring user requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Problem Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve recurring technical issues, working proactively to prevent future incidents.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and other IT teams, to understand and resolve technical challenges.
• AWS Knowledge: Leverage a basic understanding of AWS services to support cloud-based Mendix applications and assist with cloud-related troubleshooting.
• ITIL Fundamentals: Apply ITIL best practices in incident management, service request fulfillment, and problem management to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain and update knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation for Mendix applications and services.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and assess the performance of applications, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• User Support: Provide support to end users, including training and troubleshooting assistance, to ensure smooth application usage.
You’d describe yourself as:
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in application support for applications built on Mendix.
• AWS Knowledge: Basic understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL fundamentals and how to apply them in the context of incident, service request, and problem management.
• Incident Management: Hands-on experience managing incidents, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved within established SLAs.
• Problem Management: Experience in identifying recurring problems, root cause analysis, and driving long-term solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Mendix platform-specific tools (e.g., Mendix Studio Pro, Mendix Cloud).
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
Desirable Skills (Optional but Preferred):
• Experience with Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, and related services.
• Version Control Systems: Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro: Familiarity with Mendix Studio Pro for application management and deployment is a plus.
• Service Management Tools: Experience with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
