Training subcontractors: Providing guidance and training to subcontractors.
Providing technical support: Providing technical support for microwave network devices, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and device upgrades to field engineers/customers/partners.
Handles issues raised in the right timeframes, to meet the over SLA objectives.
File internal bug reports as needed.
Collaborate across teams to ensure the optimized performance of links and features on the radio devices.
Interface with internal engineering team to team to share field issues, and test fixes provided.
