Systems Analyst (Windows, Linux, Network) - 3+ yrs - Chennai

About the team

Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.
 

What you will be doing:

• Provide level 1 and level 2 support for client-facing systems and applications including mainframes,
• Tandems, switches, networks, processor links
• ATM’s, servers- Windows, UNIX, Linux and internet applications.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Systems Analyst
• Expert knowledge of Networking Skills.
• A deep understanding of Windows administration
• Familiarity with Linux Administration
  Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.

Added bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of FIS’ products and services.
• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives, and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization.
• Knowledge of financial services industry.
