About the team:
The team performs remote datacenter management and user support.
What you will be doing:
- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing client’s company products.
- Controlling user access and managing passwords.
- Monitoring system usage and performance. Training personnel on system usage and best practices.
- Troubleshooting server, software, and hardware issues.
- Researching, evaluating, and recommending software and hardware products.
- Providing new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth.
What you bring:
- Over 8 years of experience in System Administration across diverse technology environments, proven expertise in remote datacenter management and user support.
- Adaptability to work within a versatile System Administration team, encompassing more than just Linux or Wintel support.
- Proficiency in managing various operating systems, mailboxes, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- A broad system administration mindset, with the capability to build and support Linux servers.
- Linux background, essential for providing the necessary support for our client’s requirements
