You will act as the System Support Analyst primary responsibility is administration of the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune and perform application deployment, patch deployment and Reporting, Support Large Enterprise Deployment Technologies, and Services.  You will drive complex technical solutions to improve system compliance and automation.  Additionally, you will effectively manage maximum availability and minimize disruption to the Workspace services and ensure that all agreed targets, SLA’s and Metrics are met.
Your duties encompass collaboration with business stakeholders, promoting the standard to internal users, and ensuring timely delivery. Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and cooperating with external service providers are essential aspects of your role, including client inventory, patch management, and application deployment over 300K clients.

As a System Support Analyst, having strong SCCM and Intune skillset with Excellent knowledge of advanced level client troubleshooting will also be integral to this role, certified in Microsoft Endpoint configuration Manager or Intune is huge plus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Responsible for implementation and configuration of SCCM\MECM and Adaptiva environments to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.
  • Maintain and Monitor Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Adaptiva infrastructure and client agent health.
  • Create, manage, and deploy applications, packages to endpoint devices with deployment tools SCCM and Intune.
  • Responsible for Patch management end- end process to endpoint devices for Windows updates & Feature Upgrades, M365 updates with SCCM and Intune WUfB
  • Endpoint Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for improving endpoint performance, user experience, and operational efficiency. 
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of endpoint configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Create Reports and present deployment compliance in Power BI as per business requirement.
  • Support the ServiceNow Incidents, Problem and Change Management process and resolve close them within agreed SLA’s.
  • Provide On-call support - rotational basis (24x7, also during the weekend and public holidays)

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
  • 2+ years of experience in endpoint administration.
  • In-depth and extensive experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of endpoint management tools – SCCM\MECM & Intune
  • Experience with Adaptiva or other content delivery technologies.
  • Experience and strong understanding of IT security protocols and best practices for endpoint security.
  • Intermediate scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Batch, VB)
  • Experience in major Microsoft technologies like Power BI, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and SSRS is a plus.
  • Experience in creating documentation. Audiences can vary between technical and non-technical users and management.
  • Excellent Oral and Communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams & end customers.
  • Must be able to provide 24x7 On-Call support on a rotational basis during the weekend and flexible to work during public holidays.
