Job Description

1  System analyst (M/F/D).


The position You work with the Support/Site Reliability Engineering and Development Teams to increase the quality of our products.


You work together with SREs, System Analysts, Operations, Developers, Architects and the Delivery Leads to improve the reliability, stability, performance, functionality, quality, scalability and security of the existing solutions


You define, implement and automate test cases in order to ensure product quality You bring your expertise to help the team improving both the quality of the SW and frequency of the delivery


You support the R&D department with your expertise and ensure a smooth and correct data collection and analysis


You create reports and document, analyze panel data, implement and monitor technical KPIs You keep track of customers service needs in the JIRA ticketing system You test/verify our software and services and act as a quality gate. 



Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:


Technical degree at university/institute of technology, college of applied science level


Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are the key to success in this role Ability and enthusiasm to work on and improve complex distributed systems on Public Cloud Knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments


Coding Experience in at least one statistical software packages such as Python, R.


Ability to manage, prioritize, analyze and communicate multiple technical issues with the help of a ticketing system


Positive and enthusiastic team player with good communication and collaboration skills.


Solution oriented, autonomous and proactive working style


Fluent English in written and spoken


Basic knowledge and understanding of statistical concepts an advantage 


Experience with modern Software Development practice & new IT landscape (AWS, DevOps, Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery)


Desired Qualifications:


Further education with corresponding professional experience in the field of data analysis is highly preferred  (Big Data, BI, statistics)


Data visualization skills (AWS Quicksight, Tableau, Spotfire or equivalent)


Knowledge and understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)


Experience with Monitoring & Alerting Systems (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, OpsGenie, etc.)


Experience with Distributed Systems
