About the Job
Finance Hub team is looking for its system analyst, in charge of management of functional administrators for Financial applications. 



Scope: Treasury, Consolidation, FP&A Reporting, Project Management applications and linked ecosystem (IFRS16, Risk Management) 



For the application portfolio, the responsibilities of the analyst are: 



•   Ensure the management of a good level1 support team providing assistance for incident resolution and trainings (3 people)
•   Build and review application documentation to ensure knowledge management 
•   Contribute to the process and manage the operation of User Access Management (creation, update, removal, review)
•   Manage the administrative functional Tasks Cards on the applications for opening/closing/maintenance
•   Follow enhancements/corrections on the applications
•   Contribute to the projects related to the domain at various level
•   Make continuous improvement on the domain by proposing projects and new processes and optimization
•   Ensure and manage compliance with internal processes/procedures 



About You



Qualifications (Educational/Professional):
•   Master's degree on IT and/or Finance area



Knowledge/Skills:
•   Background on IT and/or Finance
•   Experience with L1/ L2 support on Hyperion
•   3-7 years of experience of Hyperion IT Support 
•   Good communication skills
•   Strong organization skills
•   Experience to work under deadline and strict internal control norms
•   Experience with Oracle IT systems Hyperion Planning / Essbase or HFM is a strong plus
•   Experience in end-user IT support teams is a strong plus (Ticketing tool knowledge)



Experience:    



•   Experience on IT Domains will be helpful
