Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based and Windows systems.
- Write and maintain Bash or PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks.
- Administer Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and on-prem Active Directory.
- Manage Intune for device provisioning, compliance, and security policies.
- Deploy and configure Azure services, including Virtual Machines (VMs), Virtual Networks (VNet), Private DNS, and other networking components.
- Basic AWS and Azure cloud administration and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and manage firewall, routing, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Provide support for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 products.
- Assist in IT support tasks, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and user management.
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Bash or PowerShell.
- Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, and Intune device management.
- Understanding of networking concepts (firewall, routing, VPNs, Wi-Fi access points).
- Basic experience with Azure and AWS services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 administration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Networking (e.g., AZ-900, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner,
CCNA) are a plus.
- Experience with IT security and compliance best practices.
